of Purnima Wellness Center.

Maria Villarreal holds certification in Naturopathic Biofeedback and credentials in professional and advanced Hatha Yoga and meditation.

She continues her study of the healing arts and has been a follower of Cellular Regeneration and student of Alternative Therapies with the Holistic Health Movement since 1994. She has taught classes in mind/body concepts and meditation in Mexico, Canada and the U.S.

Maria Villarreal is considered a pioneer in alternative natural therapies in the South San Diego area.
